Paul Bodnar, the founder of Precision Homes, has been involved in construction since 2004. Later on, a team was created, and Precision Homes was established. We are a local custom home builder and have always been known for our craftsmanship and attention to detail. With the focus on going above and beyond for our clients, we build homes with the utmost precision and quality for every single one of our customers, and we put charm and character into every single home we build. We value you and building beautiful homes that will tailor to your family’s needs.

Paul Bodnar
Paul is our owner and fearless leader. He is ready to help you find the best options to make your dream home come true.
Paul is very passionate about construction. He has over 15 years of hands on experience in building and remodeling. A lot of builders claim to know construction, but Paul has literally been hands on with almost every trade of the building process; therefore, he knows what it takes to build a beautiful, quality home. He not only manages the process, but he is there every step of the way to make sure that no corners are cut. His vision is to serve the community and build homes that are not carelessly mass produced but that are carefully designed and built with the highest craftsmanship and unique charm.
Paul and his wife, Alena, have three delightful children and live in a quite neighborhood. He enjoys spending time with friends and family and being outdoors.
Alena Bodnar
Alena is our designer, ready to help you customize your own home.
Alena graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She enjoyed the medical career and worked in the medical field for over 7 years, but soon felt the calling to do something different. Paul was flipping homes at this point and needed help with design. Alena didn’t plan on entering the design world, but after a short time, she found herself involved in all the projects, from the initial drafts to picking finishing touches. She learned through experience, apprenticeship, and pure designer’s intuition; and now, she enjoys designing charming lived-in interiors that fit a family’s lifestyle. One of the homes she designed will even be FEATURED ON HGTV! Alena is involved from day one in helping clients navigate the road of design. She is careful to listen to all the clients’ needs and helps them achieve their goals. She has a true eye for design and loves to constantly grow and learn in her field.
She loves spending time with her husband, Paul, and their three children. Alena loves playing piano, reading in her spare time, and dreaming about new designs.
Ilya Zderchuk

Ilya has a history of working in the banking industry where he dealt with real estate loans and mortgage lending. These factors have made him a great asset to the real estate world. He offers his clients a unique combination of experience and professionalism. He approaches each transaction with precise marketing and negotiating skills and is great in communicating with his clients. Ilya enjoys giving back to his community and has a wife and two beautiful children.
